Thomas P. Moushey

Mr. Moushey’s practice emphasizes estate planning, probate, business law, and real estate. He is certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law by the Ohio State Bar Association, and previously served as Magistrate of the Stark County Probate Court.  He has been recognized annually by Super Lawyers since 2008.

Bruce E. Smith

Mr. Bruce Smith has been an attorney at Geiger Teeple since 1976. He maintains a general practice with an emphasis on oil and gas law and civil litigation.

Mr. Smith has represented clients throughout the State of Ohio and has briefed and argued cases in five of Ohio’s appellate districts. He served for five years as an Acting Judge of the Alliance Municipal Court.

Michael A. Ogline

Mr. Michael Ogline focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, business planning, business formation and succession planning. His practice includes the use of sophisticated planning techniques, drafting of tax sensitive documents, and representation of clients before the IRS.  He is certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law by the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Brent A. Barnes has been providing exceptional legal counsel to individuals and businesses throughout the greater Alliance area since 2006. Mr. Barnes is a native of Alliance and graduated from Alliance High School in 1999. He attended the University of Mount Union where he earned a BA with degrees in Business Finance and Political Science in 2003.
