Mr. Dillon maintains a general business practice providing services to financial institutions, oil and gas companies, real estate developers and local small businesses. Mr. Dillon concentrates his practice on real property matters, specifically commercial real estate and mineral properties and representation of financial institutions.

Mr. Dillon represents real estate developers in the development of commercial office condominiums, residential townhomes and condominiums, as well as the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate. Mr. Dillon has significant experience with title examination of real property, preparation of title opinion letters and purchase contracts, curative work and real property closings. 

Mr. Dillon represents financial institutions with complex commercial real estate transactions, loan documentation and collection litigation.

Before entering the legal field, Mr. Dillon’s professional work experience includes several years as a commercial lender and accountant. Mr. Dillon has extensive knowledge with regard to analysis and commercial banking. This prior experience as a lender and accountant provides Mr. Dillon with a unique perspective and insight when representing financial institutions and developers.
