Michael Kawash Elected President of the Rotary Club of South Charleston

Michael A. Kawash, a member at Charleston-based law firm Robinson & McElwee, was recently elected President of the Rotary Club of South Charleston.  The Rotary Club of South Charleston is part of Rotary International, a larger volunteer organization of professional and business leaders who provide humanitarian service, and help to build goodwill and peace in the world.

Kawash has been a member of the Rotary Club of South Charleston for six years.  He has practiced with Robinson & McElwee for over 20 years, and his practice focuses primarily on labor and employment law, including workers’ compensation and unemployment compensation claims.  By gubernatorial appointment, Kawash serves as a member of the West Virginia Ethics Commission’s Probable Cause Review Board. Kawash is also a member of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce Workers’ and Unemployment Compensation Committee.
