Robinson & McElwee Attorneys and Employees Donate Over 40 Coats to Needy

We are proud to give the gift of warmth in our community through Robinson & McElwee’s coat drive.

A drop in body temperature puts strain on the heart, nervous system and other organs, resulting in loss of coordination and confusion that can make it difficult for children to learn and adults to work effectively. With nearly 20% of West Virginians living in poverty (90,000+ are children), a warm winter coat is often an unaffordable extra that families in our community sadly do without.

Teaming up with the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia for a coat drive, we are pleased that our employees and lawyers donated over 40 coats this year that will help keep members of our community warm this winter season.
