W. Bradley Sorrells is a Member at Robinson & McElwee PLLC, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate, and bankruptcy matters.  He has represented creditors in hundreds of bankruptcy cases in West Virginia.

Mr. Sorrells has served as counsel for the debtor in coal company, hospital, nursing home and automobile dealership bankruptcy cases.  He also served as counsel for the debtor in the Logan General Hospital case, one of the largest successful Chapter 11 cases in the Southern District of West Virginia.

Mr. Sorrells is counsel to the West Virginia Association of REALTORS® and provides the “WVAR Legal Hotline” as a part of that representation.

Mr. Sorrells received his J.D. from West Virginia University, a B.A. in Economics from Old Dominion, and served in the United States Marine Corps.

Away from the office, Mr. Sorrells serves on the boards of Rea of Hope, Inc., and the West Virginia State Bar’s Judicial and Lawyer Assistance Program.
