Jeffrey A. Kimble is primarily involved in commercial and corporate defense and litigation at the trial and appellate levels, with a particular focus on property-related litigation. He represents clients such as commercial entities, public utilities, natural resources companies, and governmental entities with respect to commercial disputes and real property litigation, including eminent domain. Mr. Kimble also has extensive experience regarding covenants, rights of way, and boundary litigation.

Mr. Kimble has also defended dozens of personal injury cases during his career from premises liability cases and auto accidents to product liability.  Additionally, Mr. Kimble has completed advancing mediator training courses with the West Virginia State Bar.  Mr. Kimble serves clients of all sizes and scope from local companies and small businesses to regional, national, and international corporations.  He has an active local counsel practice and, in recognizing that clients typically want their national counsel primarily directing their litigation, he proactively works with clients and national counsel to tailor local counsel representation in accordance with  their needs and desires.
