Overview

These have included power centers, enclosed malls, converted centers, entertainment centers, mixed-use developments and community, neighborhood and regional shopping centers.

Our leasing work in this area has included big box, small shop, build-to-suit and ground leases. We also have experience with modified leasing arrangements such as synthetic leasing and provide bankruptcy and litigation services in connection with retail and commercial property.
