Seeking a Firm Messenger/Clerk in Charleston, WV

The successful candidate should possess the physical ability to perform activities that require considerable walking, stooping, and lifting and handling of boxes.  Additionally, they should possess good judgement, be able to work as part of a team, and be able to work independently.  The job is ideal for someone who is dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, flexible, independent, and tolerant of high stress situations.  A valid WV driver’s license and a good driving record are required. 

The responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to:

  • Running errands
  • Picking up/delivering mail to the post office
  • Ordering supplies
  • Copying, scanning, and binding
  • Running the postage machine
  • Maintaining paperwork related to errands, firm vehicle mileage, and office supplies
  • Restocking supplies
  • Maintaining organization of the supply room
  • Preparing coffee service
  • Preparing for luncheons

Seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Charleston, WV

The successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree, a degree or certificate in paralegal studies or significant experience as a litigation paralegal.  Ideal candidates should also possess strong research, analytical, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.  Having a positive attitude, being a team player and possessing the skills to effectively prioritize their workload are considered valuable attributes for the successful candidate.
